How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to process your scheduling request, create a calendar event for our team, and contact you to confirm your appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Your scheduling request data is processed through n8n (a self-hosted automation tool on our server) and stored as a Google Calendar event. Google's privacy policy applies to data stored in Google Calendar. Our service area map is provided by Google Maps.
Data Retention
We retain your scheduling request data as Google Calendar events for as long as needed to fulfill the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our server. Our server is secured with firewall rules, SSH key authentication, and regular security updates.
